Pink Jazz is a lactiflora peony with a full double flower form. Its parentage is unknown as the record is lost. It first propagated in 2008 and blooms late midseason to late. The large flower has many closely set white petals with a high-built silhouette, and a few petals on some flowers have a thin edge of red pigment. The medium bush reaches about 30 inches in height and has deep green pointed leaflets. Pink Jazz received the APS Seedling Certificate of Merit in 2011.
